For me:

- Getting bored easily: I always have something that I can do but I find times when absolutely nothing will grab my attention, no matter how hard I try, I just can't get into anything. Solution: I practice meditation and try to be Zen-like. I also find that taking a nap will help.

- Waiting! I hate waiting in line. So much so that I developed panic attacks and a fear of waiting in line, especially at the grocery store. Solution: Well, this one I didn't have to make happen, the grocery store made this possible for me to cope with by installing self check out machines. I can now keep my crazy mind occupied by scanning and packing my own groceries and this has stopped the panic attacks!! More and more stores are installing these so check em out if you have a problem with waiting in line!

- Active imagination that sometimes get stuck on negative thoughts or jumping to too many conclusions (over analyzing too). Does your mind ever just get stuck on 1 idea and you just can't break the thought process? Thoughts that repeat and go around in a circle? Solution: Visualize your thoughts being in front of you, get up and just walk away from them and leave them behind. That one works great for me. Another is to write out the thoughts then take the paper and either burn it up or tear it up and throw it away. That one also works great if you are feeling angry; it really helps to release the anger.

What are some of your challenges and solutions? If you don't have a solution, this would be a great place to ask for one. :)
